On May 9, 2014 Governor Hickenlooper signed into law SB14-160 Transitional Living for Brain Injured. The bill removes an arbitrary limit on the amount of time someone may receive transitional living services under the Traumatic Brain Injury HCBS waiver. BBMK secured passage of this important bill on behalf of the Colorado Brain Injury Alliance.
