Our accomplishments include maintenance of funding for essential programs in the midst of record deficits, preservation of consumer protections against anti-consumer action, establishment of the Colorado No Call List, passage of Colorado’s first smoking ban, authorizing new technologies like (TNCs) and fantasy sports to operate in Colorado, and lastly sustaining a pro-transit agenda within a politically hostile environment.
